Sweet as bro

Although I have completely cut out adding sugar to anything I eat or drink I do like things sweet. Meaning I had to seek alternative methods of sweetening things up.
There are huge debates on these alternative sweeteners and I could do my research until I’m blue in the face however I have done an amount of light reading and I’ll let you browse the below to make the decision for yourself.
My main source of sweeteners are raw organic honey and agave syrup for cooking and baking with liquid stevia being my choice for hot and cold drinks.
The stevia I currently use and that will be my constant companion abroad is Now Organic Stevia which I purchased on iHerb for the measly trial price of $1. I think they are still trialing some of their products at this price so jump on to grab yourself this awesome offer. I pop about 3-4 drops into my coffee and tea (not herbal black teas) and in Sydney I always had a bottle for home and another one sitting on my desk at work as I usually have 1-2 hot drinks at work most days.
When out an about in Sydney most coffee shops offer equal or if not I’ll ask for honey, however I don’t trust it will be the same abroad so my bottle of stevia will be coming along most days.
Cutting these type of sweeteners out completely would most probably be the best option for my body – but hey after a scrunched up look from Rob after I popped TWO equals into a cup instant coffee about 8 months ago the fact I have cut it down to an enjoyable one is good work on my part, in my opinion.
Note: iHerb is fantastic for purchasing a massive range or products that are often cheaper or impossible to find in Australia. I will certainly be back to purchasing weekly once we have a fixed address once again – use my code JQV191 to get up to $10 off your first purchase.
Some of my favorite iHerb products:
Edward & Sons, Organic coconut flakes
Edward & Sons, Organic coconut flour
Quest Nutrition, White chocolate and raspberry protein bars
Sierra Bees, Organic Mint Burst Lip Balm
Dymatize Nutrition, Elite Casein

Fantastic blog you have here but I was wanting to know if you knew of any discussion boards that cover the same topics discussed here?
I’d really love to be a part of group where I can get advice from other knowledgeable people
that share the same interest. If you have any
suggestions, please let me know. Thanks a lot!
Hi There,
Thanks so much for the positive comments. I don’t frequent discussion boards myself, I hope you found what you were looking for.
